If you don't like it, don't comment nor favorite No Critiques Please! Please Download for better detail!! January: I was pretty proud of this at the time, but then I realized how light my shading was. Then I hated it XD
February: I was also very proud of this one for two reasons! One, it was a side view IN MANGA STYLE, and two, it had somewhat of a background.
March:Again, I was proud of this. It was my first time drawing Izumi and Sin together and I really liked it.
April: Damn I was just proud of all my pictures... this is when I started drawing the eyes a little differently but still similar to my old coloring techniques.
May: No art! This was around the time I was moving back into my house after the house fire so I was busy with that.
June: First real detailed background (that I was proud of!)--the beach!
July: And I still love this picture. This is when I started coloring my lineart and I thought it was amazing. And I actually drew and colored a building. And I did a WHOLE BACKGROUND! This was a glorious day >:3
August: I did a bunch of birthday pictures for Ed and Megan, but I always like the ones I do of Asara when it comes around to this month XD I did some extra lighting (for the first time) and I was really proud of this.
September: Junior year of High School starts, sooooo stress and hell for me! No art!
October: I actually did quite a few pictures during this month, but I like this one best. I actually did good on my glasses and curls, and on short hair on boys!
November: Even though I did this picture in a short amount of time without really putting too much detail into it.. I love it. And still do. It's such a strong message in a simple drawing, and I did my first kind of glow-in-the-dark picture XD And more manga style!!
December: I can't be any more proud of this picture. Holy Itsukoshi, this was the picture that took me the longest to do EVER, with the most detail I've ever done, a complex background, adorable chibis doing cute poses, detailed chibis, HNGGGGG I LOVE IT IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!
So this year I was consistently proud of myself and my work. I stepped out of my box and did things I never thought I'd be good at and I improved mostly with anatomy, shading, and background work. This was a very successful year and I hope next year will be even more successful with more risks being taken!
Thank you to all my friends and family who have supported me throughout this year. My stress has been reduced since moving back into my house. I couldn't have done it without any of you! I'm truly blessed

It's really relieving to see how confident you always are in your art. A good attitude can get you far, I really envy that about you.
Sometimes there are some really professional artists who hate on their art sooooo much that I feel like they hate everyone below them even though they probably don't? I don't know how to explain it, but when people are that negative, it makes me not want to look at their art. So your optimism is a really good characteristic to have. The more you believe in yourself, the less afraid you are to try stuff outside the box, and that's really what helps contribute to your improvement!
I think this was a really good art year for you, and I really noticed a great deal of improvement in your happiness as the year moved forward, too. I loved everything you posted. I think the biggest thing I noticed is your shading improvement. You started to use bolder colors! I really love December's so much. Your anatomy in August was incredible, too.
